本アプリの運営者（以下「運営者」といいます。）は、スマートフォンアプリ「Not To-Do｜やらないこと管理」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1．適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリおよび本アプリに関連して運営者が提供するサポートに適用されます。
本アプリから移動した外部サービス、App Store、Appleおよび第三者サービスにおける情報の取扱いについては、それぞれの事業者が定める利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
2．取得または処理する情報
2.1 利用者が本アプリに入力する情報
本アプリでは、利用者が以下の情報を入力または保存できます。
- やらないことの名称および設定
- 日々の達成状況
- 記録日および記録履歴
- 連続記録日数
- 獲得距離
- 世界および景色の進捗
- 通知設定
- テーマ、言語その他のアプリ設定
これらの情報は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存され、運営者のサーバーには送信されません。
利用者が本アプリのデータ書き出し機能を使用した場合、書き出したデータは、利用者が選択したアプリ、クラウドサービス、メールその他の送信先へ提供されることがあります。
2.2 アプリ内課金に関する情報
本アプリでは、買い切り型のPro機能を提供するため、Appleのアプリ内課金およびRevenueCatを利用する場合があります。
購入処理に伴い、AppleまたはRevenueCatによって以下の情報が処理されることがあります。
- 購入した製品の識別子
- 購入状況および購入履歴
- 取引識別子
- レシートおよび購入検証に必要な情報
- 匿名または仮名のアプリ利用者識別子
- アプリのバージョン
- OSおよび端末に関する一般的な情報
- 国、地域、言語、通貨等の情報
クレジットカード番号、銀行口座情報その他の決済情報はAppleによって処理され、運営者が直接取得または保存することはありません。
2.3 通知に関する情報
本アプリは、利用者が許可した場合に限り、端末の通知機能を利用します。
通知時刻、通知の有効・無効その他の通知設定は、原則として端末内で処理されます。
本アプリは、利用者の許可なく通知を送信しません。
2.4 お問い合わせに関する情報
利用者が運営者へお問い合わせを行った場合、以下の情報を取得することがあります。
- 氏名または表示名
- メールアドレス
- お問い合わせ内容
- 利用端末、OS、アプリバージョン等の不具合調査に必要な情報
- 利用者が任意で添付した画像その他の資料
3．利用目的
運営者は、取得または処理した情報を以下の目的で利用します。
- 本アプリの機能を提供するため
- 利用者の記録、距離および世界進捗を表示するため
- Pro購入状況を確認し、購入済み機能を解放するため
- 購入の復元および不正購入の防止を行うため
- 不具合の調査および本アプリの改善を行うため
- 利用者からのお問い合わせに対応するため
- 本アプリの安全性および安定性を維持するため
- 法令、規約または行政機関の要請に対応するため
運営者は、利用者情報を第三者広告のために販売しません。
また、他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断して利用者を追跡する目的では利用しません。
4．第三者サービス
本アプリでは、以下の第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。
4.1 Apple Inc.
利用目的：
- 本アプリの配信
- アプリ内課金
- 購入認証
- 購入の復元
- Appleが提供するプラットフォーム機能の利用
4.2 RevenueCat, Inc.
利用目的：
- アプリ内課金商品の取得
- 購入状態の確認
- レシートおよび取引情報の検証
- Pro権限の管理
- 購入の復元
- 不正購入の防止
- 購入に関する集計
第三者サービスによる情報の取扱いについては、それぞれの事業者が定める利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
5．第三者への提供
運営者は、以下の場合を除き、取得した個人情報を本人の同意なく第三者へ提供しません。
- 本プライバシーポリシーに記載されたサービス提供事業者へ、必要な範囲で処理を委託する場合
- 法令に基づく場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要な場合
- 公的機関から適法な開示要請を受けた場合
- 事業承継その他法令上認められる場合
6．国外での情報処理
Apple、RevenueCatその他のサービス提供事業者は、日本国外に所在するサーバーまたは拠点で情報を処理する場合があります。
この場合、各事業者は、自らに適用される法令および契約上の義務に基づいて情報を管理します。
7．情報の保存期間
端末内に保存された記録は、利用者が削除するまで、または本アプリの削除、端末の初期化、端末の故障その他の理由により消去されるまで保存されます。
お問い合わせに関する情報は、お問い合わせへの対応、記録保持および紛争防止に必要な期間保存します。
購入に関する情報は、AppleおよびRevenueCatが、それぞれの利用規約、法的義務、会計処理および不正防止上必要な期間保存する場合があります。
8．情報の削除
利用者は、本アプリ内の削除機能または初期化機能を使用することにより、端末内に保存された記録を削除できます。
本アプリを端末から削除した場合、端末内に保存されている本アプリのデータも削除されることがあります。
AppleまたはRevenueCatに保存された購入履歴は、購入の復元、会計、法的義務または不正防止等の理由により、直ちに削除できない場合があります。

9．データの書き出し
本アプリでは、利用者が記録データを書き出せる場合があります。
書き出したデータの保存先、送信先および管理については、利用者の責任で行うものとします。
利用者が選択した外部アプリまたはクラウドサービスへ送信された後の情報については、当該サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
10．安全管理
運営者は、利用者情報への不正アクセス、紛失、改ざん、漏えい等を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
ただし、インターネット通信、端末、OSおよび第三者サービスの安全性を完全に保証するものではありません。
11．未成年者の利用
本アプリは、児童を主な対象として設計されたサービスではありません。
未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者の同意および監督のもとで利用してください。
12．本プライバシーポリシーの変更
運営者は、法令の変更、本アプリの機能変更、第三者サービスの追加その他必要に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。
重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内または運営者が適切と判断する方法で通知します。
変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

The operator of this application (“Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of information in the mobile application “Not To-Do” (the “App”).
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the App and to support services provided by the Operator in connection with the App.
When users access an external service from the App, the terms and privacy policies of Apple and the applicable third-party service providers will apply to that service.
2. Information We Collect or Process
2.1 Information Entered into the App
Users may enter or save the following information in the App:
- Items the user chooses not to do
- Daily completion results
- Record dates and history
- Recording streaks
- Earned distance
- World and scenery progress
- Notification settings
- Theme, language, and other app settings
This information is generally stored locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to the Operator’s servers.
When a user exports data using the App, the exported data may be provided to an app, cloud service, email service, or other destination selected by the user.
2.2 In-App Purchase Information
The App may use Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat to provide a one-time Pro purchase.
In connection with purchases, Apple or RevenueCat may process information including:
- Purchased product identifiers
- Purchase status and purchase history
- Transaction identifiers
- Receipt and purchase validation information
- Anonymous or pseudonymous app user identifiers
- App version
- General device and operating system information
- Country, region, language, locale, and currency information
Payment details, including credit card numbers and bank account information, are processed by Apple.
The Operator does not directly receive or store such payment information.
2.3 Notification Information
The App uses device notifications only when the user grants permission.
Notification times, enabled or disabled status, and related preferences are generally processed locally on the device.
The App does not send notifications without the user’s permission.
2.4 Information Provided Through Support Requests
When a user contacts the Operator, we may receive:
- Name or display name
- Email address
- The content of the inquiry
- Device, operating system, and app version information needed to investigate a problem
- Screenshots or other materials voluntarily provided by the user
3. Purposes of Use
The Operator may use or process information for the following purposes:
- To provide the App’s features
- To display the user’s records, earned distance, and world progress
- To confirm Pro purchase status and unlock purchased features
- To restore purchases and prevent fraudulent transactions
- To investigate errors and improve the App
- To respond to user inquiries
- To maintain the security and stability of the App
- To comply with laws, regulations, and lawful government requests
The Operator does not sell user information for third-party advertising purposes.
The Operator does not use information to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services.
4.1 Apple Inc.
Purposes may include:
- Distribution of the App
- In-app purchases
- Purchase authentication
- Purchase restoration
- Use of platform features provided by Apple
4.2 RevenueCat, Inc.
Purposes may include:
- Retrieving in-app purchase products
- Confirming purchase status
- Validating receipts and transaction information
- Managing Pro entitlements
- Restoring purchases
- Preventing fraudulent transactions
- Purchase-related reporting
Information processed by third-party service providers is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Operator will not provide personal information to a third party without the user’s consent, except where:
- Processing is entrusted to a service provider as described in this Privacy Policy
- Disclosure is required by law
- Disclosure is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property
- A lawful request is received from a public authority
- Disclosure is permitted in connection with a business transfer or other lawful transaction
6. International Processing
Apple, RevenueCat, or other service providers may process information on servers or at facilities located outside Japan or the user’s country.
Such providers manage information in accordance with the laws and contractual obligations applicable to them.
7. Retention
Records stored locally on the device remain until the user deletes them or until they are removed due to deletion of the App, device reset, device failure, or another technical event.
Support-related information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain records, and prevent disputes.
Purchase-related information may be retained by Apple or RevenueCat for periods required by their terms, legal obligations, accounting requirements, and fraud-prevention practices.
8. Deletion of Data
Users may delete locally stored records by using the deletion or reset functions provided in the App.
Deleting the App may also delete data stored locally by the App.
Purchase history stored by Apple or RevenueCat may not be immediately deletable where retention is required for purchase restoration, accounting, legal obligations, or fraud prevention.
To request access to or deletion of information submitted through a support inquiry, contact the Operator through the contact page listed at the end of this Privacy Policy.
9. Data Export
The App may allow users to export their record data.
Users are responsible for selecting and managing the location or service to which exported data is sent.
Once data is provided to an external app or cloud service selected by the user, the privacy policy of that external service will apply.
10. Security
The Operator takes reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and disclosure.
However, the Operator cannot guarantee the complete security of internet communications, devices, operating systems, or third-party services.
11. Children
The App is not designed primarily for children.
Minors should use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Operator may update this Privacy Policy in response to changes in law, App functionality, or third-party services.
Material changes may be announced within the App or by another method considered appropriate by the Operator.
The updated Privacy Policy will become effective when published on this page.
