Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the mobile application “Utsurohi” (the “App”) provided by Utsurohi Support Office (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the App
The App displays seasonal calendar information inspired by the Japanese calendar, including the 24 solar terms, 72 microseasons, lunar date, moon age, rokuyo, seasonal colors, seasonal foods, seasonal words, and small daily actions.
The App is intended for enjoying seasonal changes in daily life. It is not intended to provide professional calendar, astronomical, religious, medical, legal, investment, or other expert advice.
2. Fees and Paid Features
The App provides free features and the paid one-time purchase feature “Utsurohi Plus.”
Purchases, payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to the rules and procedures of the App Store or the applicable platform.
We may not be able to directly process refunds, payment issues, or account-related matters handled by platform providers.
3. Utsurohi Plus
Utsurohi Plus is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional features.
Utsurohi Plus may include access to future seasonal words, small daily actions, exclusive themes, custom notification times, and expanded calendar browsing within the bundled data range.
The content, price, and available features of Utsurohi Plus may change in future updates. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to purchased paid features.
4. Calendar Data
The calendar information shown in the App, including lunar date, moon age, rokuyo, the 24 solar terms, and 72 microseasons, is provided for reference and enjoyment.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of the calendar information.
Moon age, lunar date, and other calendar information may vary depending on calculation methods and sources.
For important events, religious decisions, agricultural work, astronomical observation, business use, or any purpose requiring strict accuracy, please consult official or specialized sources.
5. Notifications
The App may send notifications based on your settings and permissions.
You can change notification permissions through your device settings or within the App where available.
Notifications may not be delivered or may be delayed depending on device settings, operating system behavior, permissions, or other technical conditions.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not engage in the following activities when using the App:
- Violating laws or public order and morals
- Interfering with the operation of the App
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, selling, or publicly sharing the App’s content, data, images, text, or design without permission
- Reverse engineering, modifying, or analyzing the App without permission
- Attempting to access paid features through unauthorized means
- Any other conduct that we deem inappropriate
7. Intellectual Property
All rights related to the text, images, designs, logos, programs, data, and other content included in the App belong to us or to the rightful owners.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or publish the App’s content without prior permission.
8. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that the App will be accurate, complete, useful, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us.
We are not responsible for any inability to use the App due to operating system changes, platform policy changes, device conditions, network conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Changes, Suspension, or Termination
We may change the App’s content, features, specifications, or terms of provision as necessary.
We may temporarily suspend or terminate the App due to maintenance, failures, specification changes, operational reasons, or other necessary circumstances.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as necessary. The updated Terms will become effective when posted in the App or on our website.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
If any dispute arises in connection with the App, the court having jurisdiction over our location in Japan shall be the exclusive court of first instance.

Estos Términos de Uso (“Términos”) establecen las condiciones de uso de la aplicación móvil “Utsurohi” (la “App”) proporcionada por Utsurohi Support Office (“nosotros”).
Al utilizar la App, aceptas estos Términos.
1. Acerca de la App
La App muestra información de calendario estacional inspirada en el calendario japonés, incluidos los 24 términos solares, las 72 microestaciones, la fecha lunar, la edad lunar, rokuyo, colores estacionales, alimentos de temporada, palabras estacionales y pequeñas acciones diarias.
La App está destinada a disfrutar los cambios de estación en la vida diaria. No tiene como finalidad proporcionar asesoramiento profesional sobre calendarios, astronomía, religión, medicina, derecho, inversiones u otros temas especializados.
2. Tarifas y funciones de pago
La App ofrece funciones gratuitas y la función de pago de compra única “Utsurohi Plus”.
Las compras, pagos, reembolsos y cancelaciones se gestionan de acuerdo con las reglas y procedimientos de la App Store o de la plataforma correspondiente.
Es posible que no podamos procesar directamente reembolsos, problemas de pago o asuntos relacionados con cuentas gestionados por los proveedores de plataforma.
3. Utsurohi Plus
Utsurohi Plus es una compra única que desbloquea funciones adicionales.
Utsurohi Plus puede incluir acceso a palabras estacionales futuras, pequeñas acciones diarias, temas exclusivos, horarios de notificación personalizados y navegación ampliada por el calendario dentro del rango de datos incluido.
El contenido, el precio y las funciones disponibles de Utsurohi Plus pueden cambiar en futuras actualizaciones. Haremos esfuerzos razonables para mantener el acceso a las funciones de pago adquiridas.
4. Datos del calendario

No garantizamos la exactitud, integridad, actualidad o utilidad de la información del calendario.

Para eventos importantes, decisiones religiosas, trabajos agrícolas, observación astronómica, uso empresarial o cualquier finalidad que requiera estricta precisión, consulta fuentes oficiales o especializadas.
5. Notificaciones
La App puede enviar notificaciones según tus ajustes y permisos.
Puedes cambiar los permisos de notificación desde los ajustes del dispositivo o dentro de la App cuando esté disponible.
Las notificaciones pueden no mostrarse o pueden retrasarse según la configuración del dispositivo, el comportamiento del sistema operativo, los permisos u otras condiciones técnicas.
6. Conductas prohibidas
No puedes realizar las siguientes actividades al utilizar la App:
- Violar leyes, normas o el orden público
- Interferir con el funcionamiento de la App
- Copiar, reproducir, distribuir, vender o publicar sin permiso el contenido, datos, imágenes, textos o diseño de la App
- Realizar ingeniería inversa, modificar o analizar la App sin permiso
- Intentar acceder a funciones de pago por medios no autorizados
- Cualquier otra conducta que consideremos inapropiada
7. Propiedad intelectual
Todos los derechos relacionados con textos, imágenes, diseños, logotipos, programas, datos y otros contenidos incluidos en la App pertenecen a nosotros o a sus legítimos titulares.
No puedes copiar, reproducir, modificar, distribuir, vender o publicar el contenido de la App sin autorización previa.
8. Exención de responsabilidad
No garantizamos que la App sea exacta, completa, útil, ininterrumpida, libre de errores o adecuada para un propósito específico.
No seremos responsables por daños derivados del uso de la App, excepto en casos de dolo o negligencia grave por nuestra parte.
No seremos responsables por la imposibilidad de usar la App debido a cambios del sistema operativo, cambios en políticas de plataforma, condiciones del dispositivo, condiciones de red u otras circunstancias fuera de nuestro control razonable.
9. Cambios, suspensión o finalización
Podemos cambiar el contenido, las funciones, las especificaciones o las condiciones de prestación de la App cuando sea necesario.
Podemos suspender temporalmente o finalizar la App debido a mantenimiento, fallos, cambios de especificación, razones operativas u otras circunstancias necesarias.
10. Cambios en estos Términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos cuando sea necesario. Los Términos actualizados entrarán en vigor cuando se publiquen en la App o en nuestro sitio web.
11. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos Términos se regirán por las leyes de Japón.
Si surge una disputa relacionada con la App, el tribunal competente sobre nuestra ubicación en Japón será el tribunal exclusivo de primera instancia.

利用規約
この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、【うつろひ運営事務局】（以下「当方」といいます。）が提供するアプリ「うつろひ」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本アプリを利用する方（以下「ユーザー」といいます。）は、本規約に同意したうえで本アプリを利用するものとします。
第1条 本アプリについて
本アプリは、二十四節気、七十二候、旧暦、月齢、六曜、季節の色、季節の食べもの、季節のことば、小さな行動などを表示する暦アプリです。
本アプリは、日々の季節の移ろいを楽しむことを目的として提供されるものであり、専門的な暦情報、天文情報、宗教的判断、占い、医療、法律、投資その他の専門的助言を目的とするものではありません。
第2条 利用料金
本アプリは、無料で利用できる機能と、有料の買い切り機能「うつろひ Plus」を提供します。
有料機能の購入、決済、返金、キャンセル等は、App Storeまたはその他各プラットフォームが定める規約および手続きに従うものとします。
当方は、各プラットフォームの決済処理、返金処理、アカウント管理について直接対応できない場合があります。
第3条 うつろひ Plusについて
うつろひ Plusは、買い切り型の追加機能です。
うつろひ Plusでは、未来日の季節のことばや小さな行動の表示、限定テーマ、通知時間のカスタム、同梱範囲内の暦閲覧などの機能が利用できます。
うつろひ Plusの内容、価格、提供機能は、今後のアップデートにより変更される場合があります。
ただし、ユーザーが購入済みの有料機能について、当方は合理的な範囲で継続利用できるよう努めます。
第4条 暦データについて
本アプリに表示される旧暦、月齢、六曜、二十四節気、七十二候などの暦情報は、日々の季節を楽しむための参考情報です。
当方は、暦情報の正確性、完全性、最新性、有用性について保証しません。
月齢や旧暦などは、計算方法や参照元により表示が異なる場合があります。
重要な行事、業務、宗教的判断、農作業、天文観測、その他正確性が必要な用途については、専門機関や公的情報をご確認ください。
第5条 通知機能について
本アプリでは、ユーザーの設定に応じて通知を送信する場合があります。
通知の受信可否は、ユーザーの端末設定または本アプリ内の設定により変更できます。
端末の状態、OSの仕様、通信環境、通知権限の設定などにより、通知が表示されない場合や遅延する場合があります。
第6条 禁止事項
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
- 本アプリの内容、データ、画像、文章、デザイン等を無断で複製、転載、販売、再配布する行為
- 本アプリを解析、改変、リバースエンジニアリングする行為
- 不正な方法で有料機能を利用しようとする行為
- その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為
第7条 知的財産権
本アプリに含まれる文章、画像、デザイン、ロゴ、プログラム、データ、その他一切のコンテンツに関する権利は、当方または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。
ユーザーは、当方の事前の許可なく、本アプリのコンテンツを複製、転載、改変、配布、販売、公開することはできません。
第8条 免責事項
当方は、本アプリの内容、機能、表示情報、動作、利用結果について、正確性、完全性、有用性、特定目的への適合性を保証しません。
本アプリの利用によりユーザーに損害が生じた場合であっても、当方に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、当方は責任を負いません。
当方は、OSの仕様変更、各プラットフォームの規約変更、通信環境、端末環境、その他の事情により、本アプリの一部または全部が利用できなくなる場合について責任を負いません。
第9条 本アプリの変更・停止・終了
当方は、必要に応じて、本アプリの内容、機能、仕様、提供条件を変更することがあります。
当方は、保守、障害、仕様変更、運営上の都合、その他やむを得ない事情により、本アプリの提供を一時停止または終了する場合があります。
第10条 本規約の変更
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。
変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または当方が管理するWebサイト上に掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
第11条 準拠法・管轄
本規約は、日本法に準拠します。
本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
