利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、Somewhere World運営事務局（以下「運営者」といいます。）が提供するアプリケーション「Somewhere World」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、本サービスの利用に関する運営者と利用者との間の一切の関係に適用されます。
第2条（サービス内容）
本サービスは、訪れた国や地域の記録、閲覧および管理を行うためのアプリケーションです。
運営者は、本サービスの内容を予告なく変更、追加または終了することがあります。
第3条（知的財産権）
本サービスに含まれるプログラム、デザイン、文章、画像その他のコンテンツに関する知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
第4条（禁止事項）
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
- 不正アクセスまたはこれを試みる行為
- リバースエンジニアリング、解析等の行為
- その他運営者が不適切と判断する行為
第5条（免責事項）
運営者は、本サービスの正確性、有用性、継続性等について保証するものではありません。
運営者は、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。
